We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors,
providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth operation of the front
office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability
to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first
      impression.
    • Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, demonstrating excellent
      phone etiquette.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
    • Maintain accurate filing systems for client records and office documents.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing
      office supplies.
    • Provide support to clients by answering inquiries and directing them to the
      appropriate personnel.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and
      workflow.

Requirements

    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies
    needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean
    equipment appearance.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for
    each project.
  • Perform production processes as directed.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  • Removal of damaged walls, ceilings and floors
  • Communicate with project managers and other technicians to maintain efficient
    production processes.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a
    clean and orderly appearance.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying,
developing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients in need of restoration
services. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations,
negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting
opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to make a meaningful
impact in the restoration industry.


What You Do:

  • Follow a thorough sales process to ensure our existing and new commercial
    clients see the value in our services.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales
    techniques.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Use database tools to identify key players in a business or entity to target for our
    services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management firms,
    apartment communities, insurance agents, adjusters, real estate personnel,
    plumbers etc.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value of
    our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales
    targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and
    customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market
    developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain and nurture key accounts and client relationships.

    What You Need:
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in restoration or a
    related industry
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
